Editorial Review

This is your chance to get up close and personal with those responsible for bringing some of the best restaurant cuisine to Australia. Park Hyatt Melbourne has linked up with Delicious Magazine and Vogue Entertainment and Travel in hosting a series of Master Classes featuring a fantastic quartet of Aussie chefs. Dallas Cuddy of Melbourne's innovative and contemporary Japanese restaurant Verge, has already set the ball rolling with his showcase in July, and owing to its success, the next three promise to be just as entertaining and rewarding. Each class is an interactive demonstration where guests can taste every dish paired with matching wines while learning valuable kitchen lessons.

Next up to bat will be Ben O'Donoghue who is renowned for his surfing and cooking series, “Surfing the Menu,” along with his awesome international resume. On Thursday, 28 and Friday 29 August, Ben will do his thing using fresh flavours and ingenuity to create an impressive spread. Matt Moran of famed ARIA Restaurant in Sydney will be whipping out his bag of tricks on Monday, 29 and Tuesday 30 September, with all proceeds going to charity. To round off the series is Tobie Puttock from Jamie Oliver's Fifteen who will demonstrate his Italian-influenced prowess. Tickets to these indulgent and informative occasions are highly desirable so for more information or to book a Master Class contact Delicious Magazine on (02) 8062 2513 or email masterclass@newsmagazines.com.au.
