Fancy an indulgent adventure amid the beautiful surrounds of the Yarra Valley? Then do something extraordinarily out of the ordinary when it comes to your regular Saturday and join the team at De Bortoli Wines for a relaxed excursion around their stunning Yarra Valley winery. Meet at the Cellar Door Trophy Room at 11am for an insight into the philosophy of De Bortoli and the award-winning styles of wine that are produced in the Yarra Valley.

The tour starts where the wine process begins; among the vineyards. Move onto the winery and see where the grapes are received, sorted, crushed and processed after which you will have the chance to sample maturing wines right from the barrel in the barrel hall. All that fresh air should work up an appetite, so a three-course lunch is provided, matched perfectly with wines from the surrounding vines. Lunch will conclude with a gourmet cheese plate paired to the renowned Noble One dessert wine and other fortified styles. Your adventure comes to a close at 4pm where you will have the chance to purchase your favourite bottles at the cellar door with a 10% discount. The De Bortoli Wine Adventure costs $125 per person.
