Since it was established in 1985 Kyoto has gained a reputation as being one of the best Japanese restaurants in Melbourne. Its specialities are sushi, sashimi and California rolls which are superbly made by Koji, the owner and Chef. Koji also tries to create new Japanese food all the time making this an interesting menu.
