Our menu and specials board are structured to allow customers the opportunity to either dine in three courses, or to simply sup a glass of wine or beer and graze on one of the many dishes available. We have emphasis on great English dishes with homemade game, beef and chicken pies available. If not your taste perhaps fresh fish and chips, porterhouse or eye fillet. Desserts include:- lemon meringue, sticky toffee or caramelised banana split. We offer a separate child's menu with all dishes prepared fresh with the same care and ingredients used for all our diners. Our talented team in the kitchen work hard around the clock to ensure food and sauces are prepared fresh all day every day.

Tavern
Whether catching up with friends for a drink and a snack, celebrating a special occasion or looking for intimate dining time, we have the atmosphere, friendly customer orientated staff in our cosy tavern with two open fires, lounges, armchairs, nooks and bays just arrive and we will do the rest.

The Tavern has been in the same family for 14 years, as such we have evolved to meet the demands of locals, regulars and new customers alike.

With our long term commitment to our customers certain traditions have evolved, Christmas in winter with twinkling lights, roast turkey and mulled wine being a staunch favourite. For those looking for competition we hold a yard and ½ yard competition each St Patrick's Day with great prizes to be won for all who enter. This is not a male dominated sport, the girls will more often than not post better times than the guys (NB all entrants are permitted one attempt, designated drivers are a must)
