Baked Crab Shell - Blue swimmer crab shell is filled with a mixture of fresh crabmeat, mushroom, onion, cheese and mild curry. Oven baked

Peking Duck - Crispy duck skin and tender juicy meat is wrapped in thin pancake with crisp cucumber, spring onion and our special plum sauce

Sauteed Lobster in superior stock - Live lobster from our tank is cut into bite size and sauteed with a sauce of rich stock and ta touch of garlic, ginger and shallot.  Served with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Pan-Fried salmon fillet with soy sauce - Fresh Tasmanian salmon fillet is gently pan fried and served with a special blended soy sauce.

Wok-fried eye fillet with Szechuan sauce - Strips of eye fillet is wok fried with a Szechaun chilli and bean sauce presented on snow or sugar snap peas.

Special fried rice - Scrambled egg, fresh shrimps, diced BBQ pork, spring onion and fluffy fresh cooked rice is combined together in the wok with a pinch of seasoning.

Fresh Fruit platter - An artistically arranged platter of seasonal and exotic fruit sedgments, a healthy and refreshing way to end a great meal.
