You hear so much about all these so-called "wonder-treatments" that it's hard to know who is telling the truth. The doctor explained to me that collagen injections work because they simply replace the body's natural collagen that disappears over time.  So collagen can be used to "fill" and smooth out smile lines, crows feet, frown lines, smoker's lines, worry lines, acne scars and some other facial lines.

He showed me some "before and after" photos. You could really notice the difference and the results looked great.  
He also explained that just like my body's natural collagen, the injected collagen would

gradually be absorbed and would need to be topped-up at regular intervals to maintain the correction.  He suggested that I would probably need a top-up treatment once or twice a year.
