Fidel's cigar lounge at Crown is a luxurious salon exclusively devoted to the enjoyment of fine cigars and premium spirits.

Its club-like atmosphere and décor inspired by Cuba in the 30s has ensured Fidel's is one of the most popular retreats within Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex.

The tone of this exclusive lounge is set from the entrance – invitingly lined with black and white portraits of famous cigar aficionados – Fidel Castro, George Burns, Demi Moore, Candice Bergen, John F. Kennedy and many more.

Beautifully-worn timbers, earthy tones and polished brass create a warm and exotic atmosphere. Guests lounge in comfortable armchairs while smoking the finest cigars, sipping cognacs, armagnacs and aged whiskeys or enjoying a freshly-brewed coffee.

A wall is devoted to humidors and fine spirits. Lit from behind, the rich amber of the liqueurs glow through beautiful metal filigree gates.

There seems to be an underlying food theme at Fidel's. Fabrics, furnishings and woods are in rich, warm tones of gold, caramel and chocolate. With the glittery brass lights, rich chenille fabrics and colours evocative of the "Spice Route", Fidel's glows.
