JULY
Winter has certainly arrived and with the cooler temperatures so have the hearty casseroles such as Theo's "Stifatho" (Hare and Button Onion Casserole). Our only problem is the supply of Hare on a regular basis.
This month we are featuring the just released reds from "Rufus Stone". All three are being served by the glass.

All three wines are complex in structure and are a signature of their regions.
Our Fresh Seafood display continues its climb in popularity and Andrew is enjoying his daily trek to the Fish Market, the early hours are doing wonders for his complexion. The Red Mullet (Barbounia) he has been bringing in are keeping our charcoal grill busy and will continue to do so for a few more weeks.
