AIR CONDITIONERS
• Filters should be cleaned every couple of months depending on usage.
• Outdoor units must be kept clear for plants and debris.
• If the remote control is not working check the batteries first.

DRYERS
• Clean lint filters every two months depending on usage.
• Remove back of dryer and vacuum lint out of the bottom every 12 months.

FRIDGES
• The condenser on the back of the fridge must be kept clear of dust.
