Steamed/Grilled Snapper in Bamboo Leaves (Ca Hap/Nuong La Tre)
In the traditional Mekong style, topped with ginger, spring onions, shallot flakes and house sauce. Served with rice paper, rice noodle, lettuce and garden herbs, accompanied with lime dipping sauce or lime soy sauce (Serving for 2 people).

Flaming Beef (Bô Quanh Lfra Hóng)
Marinated beef cooked to perfection, served on a flaming bowl and topped
with peanut brittle. Accompanied with rice noodles, rice paper, lettuce, fresh

Beef Fondue (Bo Nhüng Dam)
