Lemongrass and ginger red curry cooked with potato, carrot, bamboo shoots, a touch of coconut cream and a hint of spice. Garnished with cashew nuts, coriander, and spring onions.

Vietnamese Chili Lemongrass (Xao Xä Ot)
With choice of Chicken/Beef/Pork, Fish Fillet, Calamari, Scallop or Prawn.

Vietnamese Style Ginger Chicken (Ga Xào Gung)

Southern Pancake (Bánh Xèo)
A family recipe. This dish has a soft and crispy texture and it is made of rice flour, a touch of coconut cream, turmeric powder, filled with sautéed onion, sliced chicken, and prawn (optional) The pancake is then sprinkled with bean sprout.

CLAYPOT DISHES (KHO TO):

In the same way that Italians are known for their family pasta recipes, clay pot dishes are uniquely Vietnamese. The cracked pepper, garlic, fish sauce, sugar and shallots are cooked slowly to release its full flavour. Topped with spring onions and pork cracklings.
